Members of the Mass Gathering Medicine Interest Group (MGMIG) are all expected to complete an annual Conflict of Interest statement for all members who are active in publication through the UBC RiSE site.
Members are all required to declare any actual or perceived conflicts of interest in all publications and/or presentations on behalf of the UBC MGMIG and/or the UBC Department of Emergency Medicine.
All members of the MGMIG have roots in a variety of community organizations, public agencies, and/or private enterprises that have an interest in mass gathering medicine. Participation in the MGM Interest Group is a voluntary activity committed to promoting public safety at mass gathering events.
